Manufacturing Overview

Manufacturing quality casework requires more than just skilled craftsmen.  Modern tooling such as CNC machining centers and computer driven saws enable our production staff to design and manufacture casework that is superior in fit and finish.  Because of this, our production runs can be closely controlled from design to completion, which has allowed NuLab to achieve an on time delivery record that is the envy of the industry.

Upon completion, each cabinet, countertop, fumehood and component is subjected to rigorous quality control inspection before shipment.  Only the best casework can carry the NuLab Tech Resin^TM name and warranty, and no product leaves our factory until we are certain that it will exceed your expectations.  Lab planners can rely on NuLab’s Tech Resin^TM products to continue to function reliably for years to come, while maintaining a beautiful, chemically resistant finish.
